Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is an award winning debt management charity. CAP’s National Operations Centre is in Newcastle and there is a growing network of centres around Australia, including ours at South West in Hoppers Crossing. Thousands of families in hard financial situations have already been released from the pressure of debt through a combination of advice, financial education, budgeting and/or insolvency services. CAP’s unique and non-judgemental approach means you are supported all the way as you take each step out of debt and towards freedom.

Our Food Room is located at our Hoppers Crossing Lighthouse Store. It is open on Wednesdays from 10am til 2pm.
To be eligible for a food parcel, all you need is a Health Care Card or a Pension Card. Arrangements can be made for refugees and asylum seekers. You can pick up one parcel each fortnight.
